This JMBG Privacy Statement applies to data collected by the JMBG through the Web sites and services that display these terms, as well as its offline product support services.

The JMBG may ask you to provide personal information but not limited to; your e-mail address, name, physical address, telephone number, billing & credit information. The private information collected from JMBG users are as follows but not limited to; browser type and capabilities, IP addresses, information contained within logs, use of and information contained within The JMBG services used, password(s), and any additional information the user may choose to provide.

Controlling Unsolicited E-mail ("Spam")
The JMBG has a very strict anti-spam policy. We reserve the right to monitor and otherwise control use of our servers to prevent spam. Because of rapidly changing techniques used by spammers we must monitor and study e-mails reported as spam whether by third party or users of our services as well as use of the blacklist and whitelist features. We ask that you do your part to fight spam and do not share your e-mail address to un-trusted parties or lists.
Changes to This Privacy Statement
Unless otherwise described or unless you have an agreement or contract with The JMBG. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without lieu or notice to you, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are updated with the current terms. If you have a contract or agreement with The JMBG Network, the old terms will stay in effect until your agreement or contract expires. If you do not agree with this policy your sole remedy is to terminate your use of our services.
