FreeBSD Repo Update

The FreeBSD Repo is now running 13.1 AMD64 Packages

FreeBSD 13.1 packages are now live in our repo.

Any machine running the repo will now already have access to 13.1 packages. The instructions on our FreeBSD repo page will now apply to 13.1 going forward.
